Can I get a refund if I don't have insurance?

In case you are unable to attend the event for personal reasons, a refund is only available if a refund insurance option was purchased at the time of booking.

However, you are free to sell, gift, or transfer your ticket to another person via our website. You can find detailed instructions on ticket transfers in the article How to transfer a ticket?

There are cases in which a refund is possible even without the Refundable Upgrade service. This applies to event cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the organizer.

If this applies to your situation, please follow these steps to request a refund:

- Click on the Support Agent Pablo icon in the bottom right corner of the page;








- Inform that the event (name) has been cancelled or rescheduled and that you would like to request a refund;
- Provide the order number sent to your email address.







After that, you will be offered a refund method: either to your account balance or to the bank card used for the purchase.
