I was charged twice for my order
If two identical transactions appear on your bank statement or in your online banking, one of them may be a temporary authorization hold placed during payment processing. This can occur for various reasons, including an unsuccessful payment attempt or the way your bank processes transactions.
These temporary transactions are usually released automatically within 12 hours or sooner. As a result, you will only be charged once for the tickets that were successfully purchased and delivered to you.
