I was reimbursed to a bank card that's expired
In this situation, there is no need to worry - this is not a problem. Funds are not credited to the card number itself, but to your bank account. This means the money is not lost and will be automatically transferred to the new card linked to the same account.
If you have already received a new card but the funds are still not visible, we recommend contacting your bank’s customer support. Sometimes it may take a little time for data to be updated or for the transaction to be processed manually.
An expired card does not block a refund. The main requirement is an active bank account. In most cases, funds are credited automatically without any additional actions required from the customer.
If both the card and the bank account have been fully closed, the refund cannot be processed. In this case, the funds are usually returned to the sender. If this applies to you, please wait 1–2 business days, and if the situation does not change, contact our support team
