Vasily Vladimirovich Goncharov (born March 21, 1984, Rostov-on-Don) is a Russian musician, vocalist, poet, composer and music producer. Founder and leader of the Cheboza group. Better known as Vasya Oblomov in connection with the creation of the musical project of the same name. One of the founders and participant of the musical and poetic project “Good Mister”. Public figure. Since 1999 he has been the leader of the Cheboza group. He became widely known under the name Vasya Oblomov thanks to the musical project of the same name. In addition to his activities in the group, in 2008 he acted as a music producer for Vyacheslav Butusov’s album “Model for Assembly”. In 2009, he produced a new song for Mikhail Boyarsky (Viktor Reznikov’s song “Everything is Empty”). On April 19, Vasya Oblomov’s sixth full-length album, entitled “This Beautiful World,” was released. On the day of release, the album ranked second in sales on Russian iTunes. A week later the album went to number one. It is noteworthy that in the first week of sales, the album also took 1st place in the top 200 in Ukraine, 131st place in the top 200 in the UK and 12th place in the top 200 in Switzerland in the hip-hop/rap genre.
