Our Purchase Policy is designed to provide you with the information you need to ensure a smooth transaction and trouble-free retrieval of your tickets once you get to the venue. Please take a minute to read the following:
No refunds or exchanges
In accordance with our Terms of Service, EventCartel does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on the EventCartel web site or via our mobile site. In addition, tickets purchased through EventCartel may be subject to a per-ticket Convenience Charge, which is non-refundable. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the shows, performances, appearances, events, special events, classes, or other similar artistic showcases (“Event” or “Events”) you wish to see. If you cannot attend a show time for which you have purchased tickets, you may contact the appropriate venue to inquire about their policy on refunds and exchanges. We strongly recommend that you contact the venue’s management prior to your Events’ commencement time, as they may not issue refunds or provide exchanges after show time. Any refund or exchange is at the discretion of venue’s management and can only be conducted at the Events’ box office where the Event occurs. If a refund is available, it will be automatically refunded back to your card, service fee is Non-refundable. Insurance purchases are non-refundable. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and we may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site. If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid). Service fees may not be refunded for tickets purchased on EventCartel.com or via EventCartel app. In no event will delivery prices or any other fees or amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
picking up your tickets
Please read your online and email confirmation pages carefully, as they provide you with important information about retrieving your tickets that may be unique to your chosen venue. Please remember to bring your Print-at-Home Referenced-Coded Ticket to the venue. If you can’t print or don’t have a printer, just take your confirmation number with you. Once you purchase a ticket on EventCartel’s website, the venue holding the Event will be notified of your name and reference number and will allow you access to the Event upon confirmation of your name and reference number. Please be prepared to present your picture I.D. The name on your I.D. must match the name on the ticket to honor entry. Many venues require all partrons to be over the age of twenty-one (21) to enter.

EventCartel accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay as the form of payment.
Ticket confirmation
As an integral part of your ticketing transaction with EventCartel, we send you via e-mail a ticket confirmation following purchase explaining how to retrieve your tickets at the venue.
Pricing and availability
EventCartel sells tickets on behalf of our venue partners. EventCartel does not set ticket prices, determine show times, or control ticket availability and inventory. You will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes in connection with your purchase of any tickets. In the event that there’s any issue arise about the tickets being not available for delivery or pick up, EventCartel’s liability is limited to the purchase price of those tickets. CANCELED AND RESCHEDULED EVENTS
Occasionally, concerts are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed concert, please check the concert information online or Contact us. If an event is canceled, and the ticket you purchased through the Site is eligible for a refund, we will issue you a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket, once funds are received from the Event Provider. If the event was postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be transferred to a new date, you don't have to exchange them. You also have a right to request a refund of your face ticket value within 2 weeks since the notice of the postponement was issued. Service fees and related expenses, such as shipping, protection and other upgrades are NON-REFUNDABLE.
