Payments, Credits, Refunds

Life is unpredictable, and since all the tickets sold on EventCartel.com are non refundable by default, we're offering some peace of mind options to the concert goers. In partnership with a 3rd party protection service company we're offering an option to upgrade your booking and receive 100% tickets refund if you cannot attend and can evidence one of the many reasons below.

You will only be charged for one transaction. 
If you see pending charges on your statement or online banking, 
those are caused by the failed purchase attempt with the wrong billing zip code, 
and will be removed from your card in 12 hours or less. You will only be charged once, for the tickets you've received.

is a delivery method where you pick up your tickets at the venue’s box office, or sometimes a dedicated Will Call table at the venue on the day of your event. To pick up your tickets, you’ll need to show a government-issued ID matching the name on the order, and order confirmation printout sent to you at the time of purchase your tickets from EventCartel.

Per our terms of purchase all sales are final and non refundable.
However, you're free to sell, gift or transfer your tickets to someone else via our app.


If only card was replaced and you still have the account with your bank, 
then the funds will be automatically re-routed to your new card.
