Where's My Tickets?

If you lost your tickets there's a few things you can do:

1) Search your email (and spam folder) for customersevice@eventcartel.com this is where your tickets should've arrived from.

2) Login to your account here, and look under my purchases.

3) If you're still unable to find them check your billing and see if you were charged for the purchase, if there's a posted (not pending) charge, and no tickets then please give us a call at 800.311.6588

How to contact the event organizer?

Event Cartel is an online, self-service event marketplace. This means that organizers handle all aspects of their events. If you have event-specific questions or want to request a refund, contact the event organizer directly. You can do this by sending them a message from the event listing where you originally registered.
