What is Will Call?

Will Call - is a ticket pickup method where no QR-code ticket is sent in advance. Instead, you receive your ticket or complete check-in directly at the venue. Venue staff will locate your order in the guest list using the first and last name provided at the time of purchase.
To receive your ticket via Will Call, you need to:
- Provide the first and last name used for the order;
- Show a valid government-issued ID;
- Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
To speed up the verification process, we also recommend bringing a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation.
(The order number is displayed immediately after purchase and is also sent in the confirmation email to your inbox)
If your event uses the Will Call format, please go to the registration desk or ticket pickup area at the venue. Staff will help locate your order and complete your check-in.
Important: You must present a physical government-issued ID. Photos or copies of documents on a phone will not be accepted. The name on the ID must match the name used in the ticket order.
