How to issue refund to a customer?

Make a Refund
- Log in to your EvenCatrel account
- Go to the Transactions
- Enter the order number/name/phone number in the search bar → click Search → Details
- Select the tickets → click Order Details → Refund
- Choose the bank card → enter the details of the refund → click Refund
- To make a refund to the EventCartel account choose User Balance → click Refund
