How to issue consignment tickets

Consignment tickets are tickets that you can create in advance and provide for sale outside the website, for example, to an offline box office or a third-party seller. These tickets do not require immediate payment through the system. Unsold tickets can be returned to the event inventory so they become available for sale on the website again.

- Go to the “Events” section;
- Find the required event and click the 🛒 “Sell Tickets” icon.

- Select a ticket option and enter the required number of tickets;
- Click “Continue to Pay”.

- If necessary, fill in the “Full Name”, “Email”, and “Phone” fields;
- Select “Consignment” as the payment method;
- Click “Purchase”.

Once the order is placed, the order page will open with the available ticket actions.

Print Tickets - open a compact version of the tickets for printing. In the print window, you can also select “Save to PDF” to save the tickets to your device;
Get Tickets Link - get a link to a page where each ticket can be viewed or printed separately;
Download PDF Tickets - download full versions of the tickets in a single PDF file. They contain detailed event information, QR codes, barcodes, an image, and additional text;
Create Invoice - generate an invoice for the order.

How to return unsold tickets to the inventory:
- Open the required event;
- Click the “Sales History” icon.

- Find the order with “Consignment” as the payment method;
Orders created through BoxOffice are highlighted with a different color.
- In the “Details” column, click the ↗ icon;
On smaller screens, the “Details” column may not be visible. Scroll the table to the right to view it.

- Select only the tickets that were not sold;
- Click “Refund Selected”.

In the window that opens:
- In the “To” field, select “Back to stock, no refund” to return the tickets to the inventory without issuing a refund;
- In the “Reason” field, select “Other”;
- In the “Other Reason” field, enter the reason for the return, for example, “Unsold consignment tickets”;
- Click “Refund”.

After the return is completed, information about the returned tickets will appear on the order page.
The selected tickets will be returned to the event inventory and become available for sale again. No refund will be issued.
