What is a waitlist?
A waitlist is a queue of users who want to purchase tickets to an event when all tickets are sold out. When new spots become available or previously reserved tickets go back on sale, waitlist members get the opportunity to purchase them in the order they joined the queue.
Don’t worry if you missed out on tickets for your favorite artist - join the waitlist as soon as possible, and luck might be on your side.
- Go to the event page you want to attend. If tickets are sold out, you will see the “Join Waitlist” button. Click it.
- Enter your details (first name, last name, email, and phone number)
- Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase after sales open.
- Done! Now all that’s left is to wait for a notification.
- If tickets become available, you will receive a notification by email and SMS.
Notifications are sent in order of the queue - the earlier you join the waitlist, the earlier you will get the chance to purchase tickets.
After receiving the email, we recommend completing your purchase without delay, as the number of available tickets may be limited and the offer may move to the next person in the queue. Good luck!
