What happens if you change the price of already sold tickets?

If you have already created an event, set up tickets, and started sales, and later decide to change the ticket price, you can do this in the same section where the ticket options were originally created.

After changing the price, the system will automatically split the tickets into two categories.
Tickets that have already been sold will be saved in a separate ticket option with the original price and the number of tickets already purchased.
New sales will be displayed at the updated price.






It will not be possible to delete the old ticket option; however, it will no longer be visible to attendees. It remains only for accurate reporting of past sales in your account and analytics.

As a result, instead of one ticket category, you will see two: an archived one with the previous price and an active one with the updated price.
