Can't find my tickets
If you can't find your tickets, start by checking your email inbox and spam/junk folders for a confirmation email from EventCartel. If you still can't find them, log into your account on eventcartel.com website or app, with email you've used to purchase these tickets, and check under "My Tickets" in the menu.
If you've checked your email and account and still can't find your tickets, contact our customer support.
Most common possible scenarios why you can't find your tickets are:
1. You've misspelled your email.
2. You've purchased them under different email.
3. Your payment didn't go through initially and you haven't purchase the tickets.
4. You've filed a chargeback, and your tickets were automatically canceled.
