How to use my credits/gift cards?
Use Your Credits!
If you have credits in your EventCartel account, you can use them during ticket purchase.
Your credits can always be found in your personal account.
- Log in to your EvenCatrel account
- Hover over your account icon
- Click to the Gift Cards
- Here you can find information about the Total Available Balance as well as the balance for each organizer
- You can apply the balance from EventCartel to any events on our website
- You can apply the organizers' balance only to their events
You can apply credits at the time of your purchase
- Click to the Available Credits
- If the tickets you wish to purchase exceed the amount available in your credit, you may be able to pay the difference using a credit card
