«Записки сумасшедших» – новый спектакль Дмитрия Крымова с Чулпан Хаматовой и Максимом Сухановым. Это первый спектакль режиссера и художника Крымова на русском языке, поставленный им в эмиграции с участием двух популярных артистов. Чулпан Хаматова и Максим Суханов, почти 30 лет назад сыгравшие в фильме Валерия Тодоровского «Страна глухих», впервые оказываются вместе на одной сцене.
«Записки сумасшедших» – фантасмагорическая история о людях, потерявшихся в пространстве и времени. Герои спектакля, оказавшись не по своей воле в новых жизненных обстоятельствах, переплетают реальные истории со сценами из литературы.
