About Theatrical play Women's Day, or Special Assignment Men in Boston
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN AMERICA — IN MARCH 2027!
Makar Zaporozhsky and Elena Zakharova in the play "WOMEN'S DAY, or MEN ON A SPECIAL MISSION"!
A romantic comedy that brings a spring mood!
This sparkling, funny, and slightly rowdy story is simply destined to charm women! A play with powerful masculine energy, balancing on the edge of theatrical comedy and a dazzling show.
Three ordinary men, far from the stage and show business, find themselves without jobs, money, or self-confidence. With almost nothing left to lose, they decide on a completely crazy venture — to try to get into an elite male show!
Awkward situations, a battle with their own insecurities, an incredible transformation, and genuine success await them. And behind the light comedic form lies an honest conversation about male dignity, second chances, self-belief, and, of course, love.
The play's special storyline is an unexpected and touching story of an intelligent, shy teacher (Elena Zakharova) and a bold young man (Makar Zaporozhsky) who is considerably younger than she is. They are too different to be together… or is love still stronger than age, conventions, and other people's opinions?
Sparkling dialogues, subtle irony, vivid choreography, striking costumes — and a stunning finale that turns the play into an incredibly spectacular show!
Eccentric, striking, elegant. In a word — a FAIRYTALE!
Starring:
Elena Zakharova, remembered by North American audiences for her leading role in the play "Two on a Swing" and for the TV series “Simple Truths”, “Who's the Boss in the House?», «And Yet I Love», “Cadets”, “Yolki”, "Serafima the Beautiful
