On April 30th at 5pm we proudly invite you to attend one-of-a-kind evening with an incredible, courageous, world famous and very talented Galya Morrell who continues to amaze and inspire her fans and followers with her fearlessness, works of art and philanthropic progress, just to name a few.

Galya Morrell is the only woman in the world who dances barefoot on icebergs. After living 20 years in Manhattan, she moved to live into the Ice Age, where there is still no running water, no toilets, and no roads. She lives in the land where trees do not grow and people travel by dogsled. Galya devotes all her time to her art and the children from the most isolated arctic settlements through her projects Expedition Avannaa, Arctic Without Borders, Ice Circus and Arctic Ballet.


Galya will talk about her life and the people of the Arctic, who are happy despite of their lives’ circumstances.  You will see the unique pictures from her expeditions, including the incredible images of a 4,000 km journey on a small open boat in the drifting ice of the Arctic Ocean. You will have the opportunity to ask Galya questions about her life and also have the opportunity to buy her art: paintings on silk and pictures signed by the artist right in front of you.

This is a fundrasing event and the raised money will go to support the Arctic Without Borders, cultural initiative started by Galya and her Greenlandic expedition partner, Inuit elder, explorer, actor and educator Ole Jorgen Hammeken.
