Join us for a special evening with two remarkable writers and thinkers,&nbsp;<b>Marina Temkina</b>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<b>José Manuel Prieto</b>, as we celebrate the release of Marina Temkina’s new bilingual book&nbsp;<i>Komiks&nbsp;on Ethnic Themes</i>, accompanied by her original drawings and published by TipTop Street (2025).</div><div data-onlytext="true" data-isonlytext="true"><b>Marina Temkina</b>, born in Leningrad and long based in New York, is a poet, visual artist, and psychoanalytically trained psychotherapist whose work spans poetry, conceptual art, and immigrant narratives. Her books have been published in the U.S., France, and Russia, including&nbsp;<i>Kalancha</i>, <i>Canto Immigranto</i>,&nbsp;<i>Nenagladnye posobia</i>, and&nbsp;<i>What Do You Want</i>. Her new book continues her exploration of identity, migration, Jewish memory, and visual language.</div><div data-onlytext="true" data-isonlytext="true">She will be joined by&nbsp;<b>José Manuel Prieto</b>, a Havana-born novelist, scholar, translator, and professor at Seton Hall University.
