About Vasya Oblomov in Seattle! Concert in Redmond
Vasya Oblomov is a popular musician, poet, composer, and music producer, one of the participants of the cult satirical project «Grazhdanin Poet». Over 15 years of existence, Oblomov has received a large number of all possible awards, has appeared on all possible Russian and not only television channels, at the largest festivals, wrote music and songs for the most popular Russian films, released 6 full-length albums, each of which topped the charts on digital platforms, wrote a multitude of satirical songs on news topics, and his music videos collect tens of millions of views. Oblomov is one of the few Russian musicians who have performed since 2012 at the largest protest rallies in Moscow and openly criticized the Russian authorities, which ultimately earned him their long-standing animosity. In 2022, all of Vasily Oblomov's concerts on the territory of Russia, like those of all artists who openly spoke out against military actions, were banned. In 2025, the Russian authorities declared Oblomov a foreign agent.
In the fall of 2025, the artist released a new album "How It All Really Was". In Seattle, Vasya Oblomov will perform with the new album and his best songs.
