About Ilya Koval Concert in Sacramento
Ilya Koval is a stand-up comedian born in Kamchatka, now living in New York. He began his comedy career on the Russian stand-up scene, participated in the show «Open Microphone» on TNT. Later he moved to Georgia, where he performed in projects of the YouTube channel Comigarion, and is now continuing to develop his career in the USA and runs his own YouTube channel.
This evening Ilya will present a big solo set, featuring jokes and stories about his childhood in Kamchatka, an unexpected emigration from Russia to Georgia, life in New York, the challenges of adaptation, human stupidity, and about how to get through the most varied life situations with humor.
