Evgeny Khavtan is the timeless leader, guitarist, and author of the music for all the major songs of the legendary band «Bravo», one of the most vibrant and stylish groups in Russian rock-n-roll. It was Evgeny Khavtan who created the signature sound of the band, combining the aesthetics of the 60s, classic rock-n-roll, beat music and new wave.
Evgeny began his musical career in the early 1980s, and in 1983 he founded the band «Bravo», which subsequently became a cult collective, and several generations have already grown up on the music of this band, carrying joy and light.
Over the years of «Bravo»'s existence, 13 studio albums have been released. At various times, the band's soloists were Zhanna Aguzarova, Evgeny Osin, Valery Syutkin and Robert Lents, however, it is Evgeny Khavtan who throughout the entire history of the band remains its main author, musical director and creative center.
Evgeny Khavtan is the author of the music for all the band's major hits, among which:
«Old Hotel», «King of the Orange Summer», «Love the Girls», «This City», «Road to the Clouds», «The Wind Knows», «Moscow Beat», «Stylish Orange Tie», «Love Doesn't Burn» and many others.
All these songs can be heard at the concert in Philadelphia on August 27.
