The Fonda Theatre was named the city’s best live music venue by LA Weekly. Named for Henry Fonda, the venue opened in 1926 and was restored in 2002. Artists like Radiohead and the Rolling Stones have played at the Fonda in the past, and their concerts for the end of 2017 include Sheryl Crow, Dinosaur Jr, and The Sounds.

If you don’t want to drive to the show (and who wants to deal with LA traffic?) The Hollywood Bowl runs a shuttle service from a number of different locations including Union Station and the LA Zoo. Tickets for the shuttles cost $6 per person. If you’re going to a show at the Fonda Theatre, the LA Metro stops just a couple of blocks away.
