Anatoly Aleksandrovich Bely (real name Vaisman; born August 1, 1972, Bratslav, Vinnitsa region, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Russian and Israeli theater, film, voice-over and dubbing actor, producer. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (2006). Anatoly Bely was born on August 1, 1972, in Bratslav into a Jewish family. After graduating from school in 1989, he entered the Kuibyshev Aviation Institute, where he studied with a degree in electronic computers, systems, complexes and networks. In parallel with his studies at the institute, he was interested in playing the guitar, participated in KVN, and played in the folk youth theater.
